IPTV Dashboard

The IPTV dashboard, screen by screen

Five screens cover your whole IPTV account. Here is what each one shows, what you can do with it, and the quickest way to use it when something needs attention.

Overview

The screen you will look at most. It answers the three questions behind nearly every IPTV support message.

What it shows

  • Whether the subscription is active
  • How many days remain until renewal
  • Connections in use against the plan limit
  • Your devices and which one is playing

Tip: If a stream will not start, check the overview first. An expired plan or a full connection limit shows up here before anywhere else.

Screen 2 of 5

Subscription

The long view of your plan: how long it runs, what has changed and what happens next.

What it shows

  • Plan length and the number of connections included
  • Start date, renewal date and a progress bar in between
  • A history of activations, renewals and plan changes

Tip: Planning a longer plan at renewal? The history shows how often you have renewed, which makes the choice of length easier.

Devices

Every screen that uses the subscription, with enough detail to change or troubleshoot one quickly.

What it shows

  • Device names such as “Living room TV”
  • Device type and the player app in use
  • Current status: watching, online, idle or offline
  • A route to replace a device when hardware changes

Tip: Give devices names that describe the room or person. “Bedroom Fire TV” is far easier to spot than a model number.

Screen 4 of 5

Users

For shared households: who is watching, on which screen, against how many connections.

What it shows

  • The people who use the subscription
  • Which device each person watches on
  • How many connections are active right now

Tip: Before a big match or a film night, glance at this screen to make sure enough connections will be free.

Support

The support screen is deliberately simple: it opens a WhatsApp conversation with people who can see the same account details you see. That removes the slowest part of most support chats, which is explaining your plan, your devices and your app before anyone can help.

Before you message, it helps to note three things: the device, the player app and what happened (for example “Firestick, living room, stream freezes after about ten minutes”). The support page explains what support covers and how to get the fastest answer.

What the dashboard status labels mean

The same few labels appear across every screen. Knowing them makes the dashboard readable in a second.

Active
The subscription is within its paid period and streams can play.
Expired
The renewal date has passed. Streams stop until the plan is renewed.
Watching
The device is playing a stream and using one connection.
Online
The player app is open and signed in, but not necessarily playing.
Idle
The device is signed in but has not played anything recently.
Offline
The device has not connected recently. It does not use a connection.

Dashboard, panel or control panel?

You will see all three words used for IPTV. Here they mean the same thing: the place where your account is managed. If you have come across IPTV panels sold to resellers, those are a different tool for running many accounts at once; how IPTV panels work covers them in detail, and IPTV dashboard explained goes further into reading your own.

Frequently asked questions

Is an IPTV dashboard the same as an IPTV panel?

The words are often used for the same idea, a control panel for an IPTV account. In the industry, “IPTV panel” usually refers to a reseller panel for managing many customers. The IPTVMGR dashboard is for managing your own subscription.

Can I watch channels from the dashboard?

No. The dashboard manages the account; streams play in an IPTV player app on your TV, stick, phone or computer. Keeping the two separate means the dashboard stays fast and simple on any screen.

Will the dashboard look exactly like these previews?

The previews on this page are illustrations with sample data, designed to show what each screen covers. The live account may differ in layout and wording as it is improved.
