About IPTVMGR

What is IPTVMGR?

IPTVMGR is an IPTV service with a built-in account manager. Alongside the streams themselves, you get one place to see your subscription status and renewal date, keep track of the connections you use, and manage the devices you watch on, with setup and support on WhatsApp.

What does “IPTV manager” mean?

An IPTV manager is the part of a service that handles everything around the streams: activation, login details, plan length, renewals, connection limits and devices. Read how the IPTVMGR manager works for a full walkthrough.

Do I need technical knowledge to use IPTVMGR?

No. If you can install an app on your TV or phone, you can set up IPTV. The setup guide covers each step, and support can walk you through it on WhatsApp if you get stuck.

Plans and renewals

How much does an IPTV subscription cost?

Plans cost €20 for 1 month, €35 for 3 months, €45 for 6 months and €69 for 12 months, paid once for the whole period. Longer plans cost less per month: the 12-month plan works out at €5.75 a month. See all plans and order on WhatsApp.

Which plan lengths are available?

Plans run for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Every length includes the same account manager, device management and support. Longer plans simply mean fewer renewals to keep track of.

How do renewals work?

Your renewal date is shown in your account, so you always know how long is left. Renew before that date to keep watching without a gap. See the subscription manager for details.

What happens when a subscription ends?

Streams stop playing once the subscription period is over. Renew and support will confirm whether your existing login details continue, so you normally do not need to set your devices up again.

Free trial

Is there an IPTV free trial?

Yes. You can request a free trial on WhatsApp. The length of the trial is confirmed when you request it. The free trial page explains how to request one and what to test.

What should I test during the trial?

Test on the device and network you will really use: start-up time, picture quality at your busiest viewing hour, the programme guide and how the player app feels. The trial page has a complete checklist.

Devices and setup

Which devices can I use?

IPTVMGR works through IPTV player apps on Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Android TV and Google TV), Amazon Fire TV and Firestick, Android phones, tablets and TV boxes, iPhone, iPad and Apple TV, and computers. See the guides for Smart TV, Firestick, Android and iPhone.

How many devices can I use at the same time?

That depends on the number of connections on your plan. One connection allows one stream at a time, so a household that watches on two screens at once needs two connections. You can install the app on more devices than that, as long as they do not all play at once.

Can I move my subscription to a new device?

Yes. Install a player app on the new device and sign in with the same details. If your app uses device-based activation, send the new device details on WhatsApp and support updates it for you. Read more about device management.

Does IPTVMGR provide its own player app?

IPTVMGR works with compatible third-party IPTV player apps. Support recommends an app that suits your device when you sign up, and the player app guide explains what to look for.

Streaming and support

Can I watch in 4K?

Streams are available in up to 4K where the source offers it. To see 4K you also need a 4K-capable screen and device, a player that supports HEVC video, and a stable connection. The 4K IPTV page lists the requirements.

What internet speed do I need?

Stability matters more than headline speed. As a rule of thumb, allow around 10 Mbps for an HD stream and 25 Mbps for a 4K stream, per screen watching at the same time, and use a wired connection for the main TV where you can.

Why does my stream buffer?

Buffering is most often caused by Wi-Fi signal, a busy home network, an overloaded device or an outdated player app. Work through the buffering guide, then contact support with the results if it continues.

How do I contact support?

Support is on WhatsApp. Use the contact form to open a chat with your details already filled in. Mention your device and player app so the reply can include exact steps.
